ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or any reason other than damage or defect. Please read product descriptions carefully and start with a single tin if you're new to the brand.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, email support@rockabillybody.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your order, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If after 3 business days your package hasn't shown up, contact us and we'll either replace the order or refund you.
For packages stuck in transit for more than 14 business days, we'll replace or refund.
