Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. We're a small operation in Jacksonville — every order gets packed by hand, and we don't ship until it's right.

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when your label is created.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We ship via USPS within the continental United States.

Orders under $40 — flat $4.95 shipping Orders $40 and over — free shipping Estimated delivery — 3 to 7 business days from ship date

Delivery times depend on USPS — once your package leaves our shop we don't control the timeline.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, email support@rockabillybody.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your order, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If after 3 business days your package hasn't shown up, contact us.

For packages stuck in transit for more than 14 business days, we'll replace or refund.
